Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All orders will be shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so please make sure you have entered your address correctly.

Do you accept other currencies?
Yes! All prices are listed in USD, but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
When will my order arrive?
Orders take a maximum of 1 weeks (usually faster) from the time of purchase to be prepared for shipment, as I am hand packaging each artwork with love and care. Shipping can take approximately 2-7 business days for USA orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience.
How are the orders packaged?
All prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and placed flat between two pieced of cardboard to prevent bending, rolling or water damage.
All original artworks will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap and/or padding and placed into a proper sized box to prevent damage.
What paper/ink do you use on prints?
The prints are printed on luxurious thick, bright white paper and are made with quality inks designed to last, as long as the print is stored properly (out of direct sunlight and humidity). These inks give a vivid and luminous color and I produce each print at high resolution to replicate the original artwork with the greatest detail.
Do the prints have a margin/border?
No. To maintain accuracy of the size of the artwork and paper the print fills the entire page. This allows for proper framing as well.
What is the return/refund policy?
- If a print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print then email it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short explanation.
- If an original work arrives damaged it is harder to replace since it is one of a kind. Please take a photo of the damaged package and artwork then email it to me at email@example.com with your order number and a short explanation. We can then discuss how to mend the situation.
- I package each order with love and care to ensure it arrives in the best condition.
